Location

The plot is situated just a few kilometres from the 18 hole golf course, designed by Ian Woosnam, the market town of Razlog and the ski facilities and ancient town of Bansko. It over looks beautiful agricultural meadows up to the golf course and has stunning views of the Pirin mountains. The triangular plot is in the middle of two winding rivers, the Bela Reka and Dalbokata Vada and will sit on a new landscaped lake.

Description

The four star development will consist of 72 apartments designed in a traditional Bansko style utilising natural stone and wood products. The three and four storey blocks are all south west facing and all have balconies. The ground floor will have private gardens leading down to the river. A separate facility building will comprise of a hotel reception, restaurant, cafe bar and convenience shop. The top floor will contain a billiards room, internet room, gym and full spa facilities.
